Hoff Heating & A/C's History

Founded in 1983 by Henry & Karen Hoff, Hoff Heating and A/C was run from a detached garage next to Henry's house. Before long, Karen's brother, Greg, decided to make a career out of heating and cooling as well. Greg was the first of many family members that have since joined Henry & Karen's team. Today, the business has grown to over 30 employees, and most of our "Hoff Heating family" has been with us for 10 years or more. So when you see someone from Hoff Heating and A/C at your door today, there is a pretty good chance you could see him again for any future heating and cooling needs.

Through quality work and word of mouth, Hoff Heating and A/C began to grow. As the business has grown, the heating and cooling industry has also changed. Products and technologies have become more sophisticated, requiring specialized tools and training. With those changes in mind, Henry moved the business to its current, expanded location in 1989.

Our showroom showcases the latest heating and cooling systems and products as well as a variety of Indoor Air Quality solutions. Just behind our showroom is a dedicated training room that keeps our technicians educated in their trade. Both our equipment and parts warehouse helps us provide products when our customers need them. Our custom sheet metal shop ensures our ability to make even the most challenging modifications look effortless. Our home facility plays an important part in supporting our dedication to customer service.

Although the industry has had dramatic changes since Henry began in 1983, his business philosophy has remained constant-"Earn customer loyalty and trust by providing high quality products, honest services, at a great value." This has been Henry and Karen's guiding principle since their first day in business. It is a business philosophy they now share with their 2nd generation, ensuring it will be engrained in Hoff Heating and A/C for years to come.
